After working in the commercial world as an accountant and business administrator for over 10 years I decided that a career overhaul was necessary. I retrained to become a personal trainer and worked in my own business whilst completing a physiotherapy degree, graduating from CSU in 2018.
During my physiotherapy degree, I completed rotations in Orthopaedic rehab, Neurological rehab, and Community Health at Barwon Health and Albury Wodonga Health, thoroughly enjoying the experience and opportunity to help people achieve their goals. With my personal training background I have a keen interest in helping people become stronger and more active. I have also worked as a sports trainer for clubs in the O & M Football and Netball League over the past 3 years.
I am passionate about family, and love spending time with my wife and young daughter. In my spare time I enjoy pretty much any outdoor activity. I am a keen golfer and triathlete, having completed 12 Ironman 70.3s, one in Canada at the World Championships in 2014. I now have my sights on completing a full Ironman Triathlon.
