Our physiotherapists utilise a range of manual therapies to treat injuries. Manual treatments such as massage, mobilisation and manipulation are commonly used during physiotherapy sessions. Our physiotherapists believe in a ‘hands on’ approach to treatment and use the above manual therapies to help in the early part of your treatment. Once your injury is settling or movement has been restored, we complement your treatment with appropriate exercise prescription.
Physiotherapy after surgery is an important part of the recovery process. We provide services to support you both before and after surgery. Our aim is to provide ongoing support so that you can reach all of your recovery milestones and return to your choice of sports or recreational activities. We have developed our own practice protocols in conjunction with local specialists to help guide your rehabilitation.
