I've been working at Wagga Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre since the beginning of 2008. Since graduating from Sydney University, I have gained a wide range of experience as a generalist physiotherapist and a paediatric physiotherapist, having worked in both Australia and the UK.
Since starting at Wagga Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre, I have enhanced my knowledge in the area of pelvic floor physiotherapy and women’s health through postgraduate training at Melbourne University and a wide range of other courses in the area.
I assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and pregnancy related issues. Treatments may include pelvic floor training with or without biofeedback, bladder retraining, pessary fitting, general exercise advice, diastasis recti assessment and treatment. I also provide a Physiotherapy service into Gumleigh Gardens Aged Care Centre and help out with fitness testing in the rooms.
In my spare time, after I provide a taxi, washing/drying, restaurant and logistics service for my teenage boys, I dabble in various craft and music pursuits.
