At Wagga Physiotherapy we offer a personlised yet professional physiotherapy service. Our private rooms and allocated appointment times allow your physiotherapist to explain your condition thoroughly and establish a goal oriented treatment plan. We aim to do this in a friendly relaxed environment to ensure you have a positive experience.
We have introduced a Telehealth Service to improve access to Physiotherapy.
If you require Physiotherapy with our team, we are offering some of our services on Telehealth. These services will be at a reduced rate to our normal fee schedule.
Please contact our rooms for all Telehealth related enquiries.
Our physiotherapists utilise a range of manual therapies to treat injuries. Manual treatments such as massage, mobilisation and manipulation are commonly used during physiotherapy sessions. Our physiotherapists believe in a ‘hands on’ approach to treatment and use the above manual therapies to help in the early part of your treatment. Once your injury is settling or movement has been restored, we complement your treatment with appropriate exercise prescription.
Physiotherapy after surgery is an important part of the recovery process. We provide services to support you both before and after surgery. Our aim is to provide ongoing support so that you can reach all of your recovery milestones and return to your choice of sports or recreational activities. We have developed our own practice protocols in conjunction with local specialists to help guide your rehabilitation.
Pelvic floor qualified Physiotherapist, Cathy Arnall, assesses and treats conditions associated with pelvic floor weakness, in-coordination or over activity. Patients may self-refer or be referred by their doctor.
We use dry needling as an adjunct to your treatment. This can be helpful in treating difficult muscle trigger points that have not improved with conventional treatment.
